Can just anyone use our laundry rooms?

No. Only Sierra Pointe residents with a laundry/pool key can use the laundry rooms.

Can I prop the door open so I can get in and out of the laundry room more easily?

No. This opens up our laundry rooms to individuals such as vandals and laundry thieves. This can be a very prominent problem over the warmer months, so do yourselves a favor and just use your key when you need to get back into the laundry room.

Before we forget: If you find that someone has removed that huge rock you placed in front of the door, don't get mad, just be glad they are thinking of the safety of your property.

Can I post flyers for my home business or items for sale in the laundry room windows?

Yes. Refrain from foul language and other undesirable text that could offend someone. And please make it look as nice as possible. If you should find that your flyers are torn, scattered or out-dated please remove them. And remember that the HOA is not responsible if your flyers are torn or vandalized. That's the risk you take when posting them.

Does the HOA own the washers and dryers in the laundry rooms?

No. Our HOA leases the machines from Automatic Laundry.
