When is my dues payment due each month?

The first of each month.

What if I cannot pay by the first of the month?

You have until the 10th of the month before your account starts accruing late charges. You must keep paying your dues - and paying them on time - a top bill-paying priority!

What do my dues cover, exactly?

- Water

- Gas

- Electric

- Sewer

- Trash Removal

- Alarm system monitoring

- Grounds maintenance

- Exterior/structural maintenance

- And all other common expenses

Sierra Pointe's dues seem so high compared to other HOA's. Why?

Most other HOA's do not include utilities in their dues, and Sierra Pointe does. Utilities assessments make up almost half of a condo-owner's dues at Sierra Pointe. The dues don't look so bad once you break down the numbers and see where all of your money is actually going:
