Board Meetings
When are board meetings held?
The third monday of every month at 6:30 PM in the clubhouse unless otherwise
stated.
Can anyone attend the board meetings?
Sierra Pointe condo-owners, board members, mortgage holders and the
property manager are the only people allowed to attend board meetings without an invitation.
How do I get on the next board meeting
agenda?
You have to be a Sierra Pointe condo-owner to request time on the board's meeting agenda. You must contact our Property
Manager at least three business days in advance of the meeting to get on the agenda. Make plans to attend the meeting and be on time.
If you cannot attend the meeting but you would still like your issue addressed, you may submit a letter for the board of directors
to review.
What if I can't wait until the next board meeting to have my issue addressed?
First, see if you can answer your
own question by throughly reading Sierra Pointe's governing documents. If you do not have a copy of the governing documents for Sierra
Pointe, you need to contact our Property Manager as soon as possible and obtain a set.
If you cannot find an answer to your question
doing it the old-fashioned way, you can then contact the Board of Directors and leave a message for them so they can then return your
phone call and try to help you. If your question is related to property maintenance, you may contact our Property Manager.
